Pumpkin Roll Supreme

My sister has been making this for Thanksgiving for years, and it is truly delicious. Very filling, and a nice alternative to pumpkin pie.

Peanut Butter Frosting

Wow--I don't usually make my own frosting. But after being inspired by a peanut butter cup, I decided to make chocolate cupcakes with this frosting on top. I followed other reviewers suggestions and cut the sugar down to 2 cups or so, and I think it's the perfect peanut flavor with some sweetness. We have not eaten the total finished product yet, but of course I sampled the frosting as I was making it, and it is delicious. This couldn't have been more simple to make. This is really, really good.

Peppered Bacon and Tomato Linguine

This was really delicious--a nice change from the usual pasta sauce. I followed other reviewers suggestion to add cream, and it finished it off very nicely. Try this--you'll love it.

Mother's Pot Roast

Quite delicious, and oh-so-easy. I added a little red wine, and some carrots, but you wouldn't have to. We served it over egg noodles to soak up all the wonderful gravy.

These are truly awesome muffins. The topping just makes it perfect! I took other reviewers advice and added nutmeg and cinnamon, and it makes the banana taste pop! Make these muffins!!!

Monkey Bread I

I know I'm in the minority, but I was not entirely happy with this recipe. It came out very dry, and the outside was very crispy. I made it in a non-stick bundt pan, which I had sprayed with Pam, and it still got stuck in the pan. The inner parts were more moist, but overall I felt this was not the best Monkey Bread I've ever had.
