Meatloaf California
I liked the recipe, but made some changes. I used three different colors of bell peppers for color and presentation. Also, I used bread crumbs instead of oatmeal... and the only herb I used was parsley. I didn't make the sauce for the topping because it seemed entirely too sweet for meatloaf! I loved it!

Uncooked Banana Pudding
LOVE IT! When I make this for home, I leave the bananas out and cut them on top fresh when I serve after dinner. It keeps them from turning brown when the pudding is stored in the frige.

Blackened Tuna
Exceptional! My favorite tuna steak recipe. I use enough cajun seasoning to generously cover the steaks... I don't go by the 2 TBSP. Yummy!
