Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms
A wonderful and light side dish. Even those who don't care for asparagus too much will love this!

Warm Crab Parmesan Dip
Easy and delicious! It is very rich so you really do not need to have several other appetizers before your meal unless you are just offering finger foods. Do NOT use imitation crab, that is just sacreligious, buy the real deal...it's worth it!

Pepperoni Stromboli
Pizza lovers - this is for you! I served this at an after Christmas gathering (a gathering of some very picky eaters). I made two of these and wished I had made 4 because between 10 people they were gone in about 5 minutes! Delicious! I used Ragu chunky vegetable spaghetti sauce for the filling and fresh parmesean.
