Quick and easy. Its important to shift the flour. You can yous a metal vegetable strainer to shift flour!!

I live in Japan, and this is the taste I was looking for. Normally thses recipes have no taste and you have to add salt. But this was perfect!!I was surprised how well it turned out. I made homemade beef broth, and sliced the steak a little bit thinner than the recipe said. I had some peas!!! Next time maybe add some fresh mushrooms!! Very happy...Will make again!!!

Excellent!!!I added fresh parsley and garlic to give it more fresh taste. Overall great recipe for starters..
