I was fortunate that my mom was able to stay at home and raise us. She taught me to cook. This past year I got married and have been cooking about every night. I really enjoy to cook when I have time. As long as I have a good recipe, I am a pretty good cook.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I use chicken breasts, and only cook for about 40 minutes. I also double the sauce.

Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles
Very easy and very good! The texture is a bit ricotta cheese like, but we don't care because the taste is excellent!
