Baby Back Ribs
I used Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce, marinated the ribs overnight, and cooked them as directed. They were very delicious! My first time cooking ribs.

Delicious! I added a little bit of cooked chicken breast, and simmered the sauce for 15-20 minutes. Otherwise, I followed the recipe as written. I thought it had a really nice and interesting combination of flavors.

Mexican Baked Fish
I made this with basa fillets instead of cod, and it turned out really delicious. My husband isn't always excited to hear I'm cooking fish, but this almost seemed like we weren't eating fish. We both loved it.
