Unbelievable Chicken

Another way to make chicken ! We loved it. Follow the recipe and broiled it and used skinless boneless breast. It was VERY Tangy and yet sweet. My 5 year old grandson had seconds.

Love the taste !! Used it on a smoked turkey breast and everything turned out moist. I too cut back the salt and and added more garlic powder. Hope to use it on more meats and seafood. Thanks for sharing!~!

Grilled Lemon Chicken

Everyone knows you have to work hard to get a GOOD taste in chicken. This recipe delivers that!! Made the chicken moist and favorful. I cooked skinless,boneless chicken breast on a electric indoor grill. And normally chicken comes out dry and tough on it, however this time it was moist and very tender. This is a keeper in my recipe box now. Thanks for sharing it with us!!

Cornbread Salad I

Strange yes, but it all works together. Made for our last party, gone in 30 mins. Everyone loved it. Used reduced fat in mayo and sour cream, still tasted wonderful. Also used green chilies in the cornbread mix. This is a keeper.

Baked Cheese Olives

I loved these, mine also came out dry. I did not have the slippage problem as some, but I think I put to much of the cheese dough around the olive. They were huge, after baking. I also used olive brin to moisten it up a bit, but maybe more would have been better. I will make them again. Thanks for bring this recipe to uor home.

I took this to a church dinner, and NO ONE cared for it. It was runny and flavorless in my opinion. And the cheese topping just did not fit with the dish, I am not sure why?

Apple Pecan Cornbread Dressing

Really tasty...Full of flavor! I did add some sage and thyme into my cornmuffin mix. I also used walnuts instead of pecans, and toasted them for about 8 mins. I also cut down on the apple juice otherwise mine would have been soggy.I also cut down on the amount of butter, and still got a crispy top!

Almost like those windmill cookies you can buy in the store. However I still felt like it was missing a little something? I think it maybe a bit of salt, because these are not very sweet. Maybe a touch of salt would make the sweetness pop out a little.

I've been through all the cheesecake recipes in the world, and I keep coming back to this one. It has the taste and texture I want and cooks beautifully. Sweet and a bit of tang, thick and dense in texture . Everyone who I have served this to ask for a second slice. I'm sticking with this recipe !

Lemon Pasta Sauce

Cranberry Almond Biscotti
