Bubble Pizza

This is a fantastic and delicious cinnamon roll! I didn't find the dough hard to work with at all - it just needs a little extra flour as you lightly knead it. I put mine in cupcake wrappers to ease the cleaning afterward. I will definitely make again!

Bar Cookies from Cake Mix

These were fantastic! I did add those extra two tablespoons of water and only 1 cup of the chocolate chips. However, I may actually cut down on the sugar added next time.

Strawberry Cake and Frosting I

This was exactly what I was looking for! The colour is wonderful and the taste is delicious. I did not make the frosting though. I put whipped cream and fresh cut strawberries in between each layer and topped it all off with more whipped cream and strawberries. I am considering something like this for my wedding reception!

Mall Pretzels

Delicious! Mine were more like pretzel-shaped breadsticks. I sprinkled some parmesean cheese over some of them halfway through baking and they were great! I haven't had a mall pretzel for years - I guess I'll have to try one to get pointers for the next time I make these!!

Best Brownies

The taste is chocolatey and satisfying and the ease of the recipe is fabulous! I only cooked for 20 minutes as suggested by some other reviewers, but next time I will leave in a tad longer - right now it's like have a dense, gooey fudge so I'm not complaining. I thought the icing was on the sweet side - but it's fun to indulge every now and then!

Asian Beef Skewers

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Yum! Yum! Yum! A creamy, garlicy and spicy filling combined with a hot, tasty mushroom - how can you go wrong? They went fast and I managed to nab a couple for myself. I had 25 small mushrooms and only used half of the filling; I used the rest as a hot party dip with bread sticks.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

I know that this recipe didn't turn out as good as it could have due to my limited cooking abilities (I'm lost when it comes to yeast) - but it was EASY and tasted pretty good. I will try it again and hope for better results.

Classic Tiramisu

This recipe lived up to all the previous reviews. I did have to substitute with cream cheese but the bowl was indeed scraped clean! Served this at a birthday dinner and everyone requested it for their own upcoming birthdays!

Can't Get Enough Caramel Cookies!

The taste is great, the texture however, is lacking. I agree that it would be delicious over ice cream or yogurt. It's a bit like candied oatmeal. I added some chocolate chips and pecans to dress it up a bit.
