Vegetarian Korma
this was amazing, I loved it and was met with rave reviews from our dinner guests. Can't wait to make it again. Only changes I made was to omit the cashews as my husband is allergic, substituted coconut milk for the cream and used a whole 8oz can of tomato sauce as I couldn't find a 4oz can. I would recommend par boiling the potatoe's 1st, mine cooked for approx 1 1/2 hrs and were still very al dente.
