Honey Mustard Dressing II
Like another reviewer, I am not a big fan of honey mustard combinations. But this tastes light and fresh. I substituted low-fat honey-flavored greek yogurt for the mayo and omitted the honey. I also added a tad more lemon juice than called for. Thank you for a great recipe!

Swiss-Barley Mushroom Soup
This is absolutely delicious! I added celery and used lowfat milk (I was afraid that the butter, cheese, and whole milk would make the soup too rich). Those were good choices. A yummy, hearty meal that needs little more than a simple salad to accompany it. I couldn't find quick-cooking barley so I made that separately and added it to the soup when it was "al-dente".

Sesame Broccoli Salad
This recipe is easy, quick, and absolutely delicious! I slept through my alarm and recruited my husband to help me prep for a party. He made this on his own with no help from me. If he can do it, anyone can! Our guests loved it and requested the recipe. It marinated in the fridge 2 hours before being served.
