Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers
We thought these were very tasty. I mixed the blue cheese into the mixture and I think I could serve them without anyone knowing what the tang was. Next time I'll try them with a blue cheese dressing on top that's like thousand island dressing with blue chees added.

Cranberry Rice Dessert
This was OK, but probably will look for a different recipe next time. I wasn't thinking about there being nothing to thicken it. OK way to use leftover rice

Citrus Cheesecake
I made this for a dessert buffet with low fat cream cheese and Splenda. It was delicious and none left to take home
