Blackened Chicken
I give this recipes 5 stars because i tweeked it to suit my taste. I added garlic and chicken seasoning. My husband loved it

Grandmother's Pound Cake II
i made this cake a few days ago and i got great reviews for it, my cake turned out moist; it tasted great. I didn't heat my oven at 350degrees; for fear that it would burn; i lowered the heat to 310 degrees for an hour and 20 minutes

Plain Eggless Cake
it was pretty good; considering it had no eggs. my husband didn't fancy it though.
