Greek Salad V
This salad is so refreshing. I substituted white wine vinegar for the lemon juice since I didn't have any lemons and I didn't use any salt since the Feta and olives were salty enough. It tasted just wonderful.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches
For all of those out there with Celiac disease (can't eat wheat, rye or barley).... I used Busch's Redbridge gluten free beer to make this and it turned out wonderful. This is a keeper!

Best Ever Split Pea
I've tried many recipes for split pea soup, but this one is by far the best. Loved it.
