Blue Cheese Jalapeno Poppers
Olive oiled my hands as suggested and also wore gloves and had no burning. Combined 1/4 cup bleu cheese + 1/4 cup 4 cheese mixture + 1/4 cup cream cheese and I loved them! My husband would like them better with a milder bleu cheese. Dipped all peppers into 1/2 cup wondra and then dipped all peppers into 2 eggs (clean gloves after) and then dipped all into 1 cup plain bread crumbs. I made a treat for my dog by forming a patty out of the leftover crumbs and eggs and cooked in microwave for 2 minutes. These work very well made ahead! Cook at 350F for 30 minutes and then remove from oven. When ready to serve, sprinkle with a bit more 4 cheese combo and put under broiler as suggested by another reviewer.

Best Beef Stroganoff
Wonderful. I used this as a make ahead meal.I had 1 pound of leftover cooked sirloin roast. Used a skillet to cook the onions/garlic/mushrooms in butter. Removed from heat. Added the sliced beef to skillet. Used a separate saucepan to whisk 10 oz of beef broth/lemon/wine then added in 3T wondra/2T broth/1 T butter. Poured this into the skillet and mixed all together. Let it cool and "rest" in fridge for a 3 hours. At dinnertime, I made the noodles. Added the sour cream to the skillet and then reheated and served over hot egg noodles.

Asian Pasta Salad with Beef, Broccoli and Bean Sprouts
Very pretty side dish! I did not add the beef and reduced the soy sauce to 4T and doubled the rice wine vinegar and added 2 T of pimentos and 6 oz of sliced waterchestnuts. I blanched baby carrots for 1 min in a steamer basket then removed and added the broccoli for 1 min and then removed and added the sprouts for 1 min. Combined all in glass bowl and I let the dressing marinate the salad all day long. Topped with raisins and peanuts. Wonderful! Thank you for the recipe.
