i love to cook, i love to taste good food, no matter what it is i want it to taste great.
My favorite things to cook
cookies, cakes, i make wonderful desserts but would like to perfect my dinner foods. and i cannot make chocolate chip cookies, they ALWAYS turn out flat as a creap!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
reduce the salt, and maybe even the sugar, as it is a bit sweet for me. i also whip the cream till it is very heavy, but be sure not to make butter! and serve it cold!
