This tastes very much like a recipe I used to make years ago and really enjoyed (have since lost the recipe). My only problem was the chicken ended up very dry; I used chicken breasts and the cooking time was probably too long for them. The rice part was good; I did have to cook a little longer so the rice mixture wasn't soupy.

My picky 16 year old son enjoyed this recipe! I made a few adjustments; I added taco seasoning to the beef along with some of the enchilada sauce (?3/4 cup). I also didn't cook the tortilla prior to baking--don't think it affected the outcome! very easy recipe; will definitely make again!

This was my first time trying a german chocolate cake recipe. The cake came out a little crumbly and not as chocolately as I might like; I, too, had a difficult time with the filling/frosting being too runny. Next time I will try the cornstarch as others have suggested.
