Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza
Haven't tried this recipe exactly, b/c we have our own. We get doughballs from a local Italian restaurant. Spread it out on pan and coat with extra virgin olive oil. We use the original Anchor Bar sauce from Buffalo, NY. Mix that with about a quarter stick of melted butter. Mix that with chopped up baked chicken. Spread some of the chicken wing sauce (w/o butter) over the crust. Put lots of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Then spread chicken mixture around pizza. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min. Best chicken wing pizza ever!
