This was pretty good and very easy. Very thick and rich, good comfort food! I added chunks of potatoes, they were yummy in the sauce. I will add a little more seasoning next time, but overall a good recipe.

I thought this was okay when I made it, but it was GREAT the next day! My husband loved it so I will make it again, but next time I will serve it the next day. I also added more shredded cheddar cheese on top. I served it over pasta, the cheese sauce was nice and thick.

YUM these were SO GOOD and EASY! I marinated them for about 7 hours, they were FANTASTIC! Definitely add pineapple, it was great with the chicken and veggies. I will add tomato chunks next time too. I made my kabobs, but you could just pick some up from the butchers pre-assembled and soak them in a plastic bag or shallow dish, I will probably do that next time to save time. This recipe is a keeper!
