Russian dishes - I have to call my Mom for the recepies, since I want to make them the way I had it at home. It is exciting to serve dishes, whose names my husband can't pronounce!

Kona Chicken
Great flavor, and lots of left-over sauce that I use later. I baked the chicken instead of doing it in a crock-pot, as someone suggested, and it turned out really good. I also didn't have green onions so I used white ones, and added fresh sliced mushrooms to the mix as someone suggested.
