Strawberry Muffins
I made these with whole wheat pastry flour, and an egg substitute & soy milk so they were vegan. also added brown sugar & cinnamon like other reviewers. pretty good! i will for sure make again!

Iced Mocha Fusion Shake
yum! super fast to make, I only had regular instant flavored coffee, so I added cocoa powder and a little more sugar.

Roasted Cajun Potatoes
these are a great side dish to burgers or meat. they have a spicy kick, but not too much. i think they would be perfect dipped in ranch dressing, or something like that.
