Garlic Penne Pasta
This was pretty bland. I'll be eating this for lunch and I had it for dinner. I added lots of tomatoes and garlic, but it still didn't do for me. I'll try something else. I'm glad that other people liked it.

Basic Chicken Salad
Pretty darn good. I did this without the almonds. I had some left over chicken that I wouldn't of eaten. This recipe really saved the day.

Shrimp Scampi Bake
this was super good. i cut the shrimp in half and left everything else the same. i served over pasta and it was perfect. i'll be making this again over the weekend for mother's day. my mother is going to go nuts!
