Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie
I loved this recipe! Even better then the coconut cream pie my mom made as a kid! I doubled the recipe and it came out wonderfully!!!!

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
LOVED IT! I used two bars of Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate along with about 10 mini Hershey bars. Came out wonderfully! I used it to frost a pound cake which was awsome!!!

Cathy's Banana Bread
I used applesauce inplace of the butter. Not sure if this caused the problem I incountered. It came out way too wet eventhough I baked it for additional time.
