Salsafied Chicken and Rice
I added a packet of taco seasoning to while the broth and salsa along with some frozen corn. We really enjoyed this recipe and I think it would freeze well also. Will make again!

Seasoned Turkey Burgers
I wasn't sure how good a turkey burger would be, but we liked this recipe. They held together well and tasted good with whole wheat buns. I also liked how I had all the ingredients on hand. Will make again.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake II
I really thought this cake was exceptionally good. Nice and moist, but not wet. I also really liked just putting the chocolate chips on top so no need for frosting! It's ready to eat straight out of the oven!I have made this twice already with my garden zucchini and this recipe will be added to my keepers.
