I was searching for something quick to make with chicken breasts and found this recipe. Happening to have all the ingredients, I made it for dinner and my husband loved it. He doesn't care for garlic much, so I just used onion salt instead of garlic salt. We'll make this again! It was easy and the chicken was tender and juicy.

This was a very fresh and relatively easy dish to prepare. It also doesn't take much time to marinate the salsa. I served it with white rice and peas and my husband gobbled it up! A very attractive dish.
