Authentic Enchiladas Verdes

Wonderful tasting sauce! The one thing I did different was thicken the sauce up with some fried flour. Was a little to thin for my taste. I also roll the enchiladas and bake them at 350.

Easy Chicken Alfredo

Really good and really easy. I added fresh mushrooms that I had sauted in butter and fresh broccoli instead of the canned and frozen stuff. My boyfriend loved it and I will definitely be making this again.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

This dip is wonderful! I made one batch and didn't think it was enough so I made another batch and mixed the two together and baked for 40 minutes. I mixed the mozzarella in, added some extra garlic cloves and a couple teaspoons of crushed red pepper flakes. I sprinkeled a bit of extra cheese on top. I served it with tiny pumpernikel triangle and tortilla chips. Everyone loved it. Next time I won't add any additional salt to taste. Will definetly make again.

Orange Honey Garlic Chicken

This recipe is so good and tasty. I will so be using it again. My hard to please husband who never gives out compliments was telling me how good it was and that I have to make it again. I love the orange flavor that comes from the marmalade. Definetly add 1/4 cup of the stuff. The oregano might seem like a lot when your mixing it together but believe me it's not. The finish product is wonderful.

Fajita Marinade II

This marinade smelled really good in the bowl but when I was done cooking the steak my husband and I found it very sour tasting. I don't know if it was because of the vinegar or the lemon and lime juice but I didn't like it very much. I'm going to try one of the other fajita recipes and I hope it turns out better.
