This dip is wonderful! I made one batch and didn't think it was enough so I made another batch and mixed the two together and baked for 40 minutes. I mixed the mozzarella in, added some extra garlic cloves and a couple teaspoons of crushed red pepper flakes. I sprinkeled a bit of extra cheese on top. I served it with tiny pumpernikel triangle and tortilla chips. Everyone loved it. Next time I won't add any additional salt to taste. Will definetly make again.
