About this Cook
I have been a realtor for over 10 years with a 100% quality service satisfaction. I have a great 16 year old son and a wonderful husband. I have coached boy's football to a winning season twice. I am great at cooking and craft's. I really enjoy trying out new recipes along with my traditional ones. My son & I enjoy going to a great sushi restaurant at least once a month.
My favorite things to cook
Anything beef!! (Rare of course) I also enjoy new cookie recipes for the wrestling team. I find if I can't find a recipe I improvise and after years of cooking it comes out great. I make a great lasagna and an awesome Spanakopita even though I'm Czech.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Christmas Eve dinner, Filet Mignon, Lobster Tails, King Crab Legs, Wild Rice and of course a great Salad. New Year's Eve is Spanakopita, Ham and Macaroni Salad. For everyone's birthday I make a great chocolate cake with an old old recipe for Buttercream Frosting. It just melts in your mouth.
My cooking triumphs
Serving 40 - 60 people at my home years ago(before my son) and having everything come out at the same time and taste great.
My cooking tragedies
My first Turkey, I was 17 and preparing my first Thanksgiving Dinner. I kept looking at the turkey waiting for it to brown like on TV or Magazine Ad. Well, I cooked it for so long...My German Shepard wouldn't even eat it. It was all up hill from there, Thank God.

Ronaldo's Beef Carnitas
This should be a 4.5 star. Everyone loved it even my husband who doesn't care for spicy recipes.
