Refried Beans Without the Refry
I woke up several times during the night to the yummy smell of these beans cooking. I will never buy canned beans again!

Easy Indian Style Okra
This is a wonderful alternative way to cook okra. As a Southern gal I was raised on fried okra but this is now my go to recipe for cooking okra. It's super quick and easy to prepare, too!
