Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding
Super easy! No need to "babysit" it, like the stove-top version. I did put milk, eggs, sugar and salt into the blender first, then added tapioca perls into the crock pot. It needs vanilla, as well as being stirred about every half an hour. Mine was done in exactly 3 hours on high, using regular pearls. My husband is a huge fan of tapioca, so this is a definite keeper.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
It is like heaven, the chocolate one... All the measurements are exactly like in the recipe, only I used 1c white sugar, 1c brown sugar, and 1c of Splenda... My husbands wanted it less chocolaty, so I reduced the cocoa powder to 3/4 cup one time. He said he would pay money to eat it...
