Baked Dijon Salmon
This really is wonderful. I used Dijonnaise for a little added moisture, panko bread crumbs, and finely chopped pecans. Next time I may try crushed Ritz crackers and finely chopped almonds. A keeper! Thanks!

Baked Omelet
Really great and very versitale recipe. I used proscuitto and sharp cheddar. I could see using bacon and swiss, or ham and goat cheese, as well! Thanks!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I will tell you, DON'T skip the beer in this recipe! It really makes a difference and is even better the next day. I used Miller "Chill" - Chelada-style beer, which has a hint of lime. Thanks for a fantastic recipe!
