I followed a few tips from previous rating. Spraying the chips with cooking spray gave a good crisp and also not cutting zucchini too thick. I added garlic salt, onion powder, smoked paprika, and extra Parmesan cheese....very good

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

I loved the flavor of the fresh ginger..very key ingredient. I also like to add fresh garlic too, about 1 clove. Great with broccoli, too.

Elegant Pork Loin Roast

This was very good. A very sweet roast that if you have some nice roasted potatoes to off set the sweet in the meal it's perfect.

Wisconsin Bratwurst

I must have used the wrong style of beer. The house smelt horrible, even a friend stopped by and right away said, "what stinks." The taste was pretty good if you could get around the smell of the stinky hot beer.

Banana Banana Bread

Well I think I may have messed this one up. The bread just would not cook all the way. I think by the time I took it out, (gave up) it had been in for 1 hour and 20 min. I used a glass pan and my roomate told me that was probably why. So sad, it sounded so good.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

This was excellent! I made just a few changes, I exchanged the raisins for craisins, (just b/c I dont like raisins, and I added two slices of chedder cheese in small cubes. It came out so good everyone loved it!

Garlic Red Potatoes

This for some reason did not turn out for me; the potatoes were not cooked all around and I did put tight foil around it. Also, the taste just reminded me of greasy butter. We ended up throwing away all the left over.

Black Beans and Rice

I changed a few things and added some chopped cilantro and some chopped jalapenos to give more flavor and some extra cumin. It turned out great! All the roommates ate and ate and then it was gone. It really worked out for us b/c one of the roomates is vegatarian and she always gets left out when it comes to dinner. Thanks for the recipe!
