About this Cook
I am currently a nursing student, so the majority of my meals have been quick and easy. But I do love a nice saturday or sunday where I can relax and cook a great meal.
My favorite things to cook
I really love ol' fashion meals, meat and potatoes, but I am exploring in trying to make favorite foods that I love at ethnic restaurants, mexican and chinese meals.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking for thanksgiving and christmas for the family.
My cooking triumphs
Chicken cordon bleu; My first attempt was a great success and everyone was so impressed.
My cooking tragedies
Second attempt...not so good.

Baked Zucchini Chips
I followed a few tips from previous rating. Spraying the chips with cooking spray gave a good crisp and also not cutting zucchini too thick. I added garlic salt, onion powder, smoked paprika, and extra Parmesan cheese....very good

Asian Beef with Snow Peas
I loved the flavor of the fresh ginger..very key ingredient. I also like to add fresh garlic too, about 1 clove. Great with broccoli, too.

Elegant Pork Loin Roast
This was very good. A very sweet roast that if you have some nice roasted potatoes to off set the sweet in the meal it's perfect.
