I am currently a nursing student, so the majority of my meals have been quick and easy. But I do love a nice saturday or sunday where I can relax and cook a great meal. I really love ol' fashion meals, meat and potatoes, but I am exploring in trying to make favorite foods that I love at ethnic restaurants, mexican and chinese meals. Baking for thanksgiving and christmas for the family. Chicken cordon bleu; My first attempt was a great success and everyone was so impressed. Second attempt...not so good.
