Southern-Style Meat Sauce
I took the advice of others and didn't use any salt, but I could have used a little. I also added some garlic powder towards the end and only simmered the sauce abomut half an hour. I used fresh herbs from my garden, sage, thyme, oregano, lemon basil, rosemary and a bay leaf. The sage gave it a kind of smokey flavor which was nice. I only gave it four stars because it was a bit too thick. Overall it was very tastey! Fresh herbs are great.

Oregano Chicken
THIS IS AWESOME! My whole family loves it. I have also given the recipe to my neighbors who love it too. I have also used this as a marinade for chicken that I grilled. Either way it is wonderful.

Beer and Soy Sauce Chicken
I baked this instead of grilling it and it came out wonderful. I did cut the soysauce in half and used almost a whole bottle of wheat beer. I served it over rice and poured the extra sauce over it.
