Simple, easy and tasty! I substituted anise extract for anise seed, and these little toasts/cookies were fabulous with tea!

Easy, fast and delicious! I used about 1/4 cup of lemon juice though and doubled the water. I also only used 1 lb of chicken instead of 2, and the liquid covered all the chicken so it didn't dry out at all. I think chicken tenders work better than chicken breasts because they maintain more flavor. Great served over white rice.

These were a big hit at my party...they were better as the day went on and they simmered in the slow cooker. I used a little less chile sauce, and used a Thai chile sauce which was excellent. Frozen meatballs worked great, but I can see how it would be better with homemade meatballs.
