These were good. After reading some reviews, I used 2 1/2 cups flour, but the dough was very dry. Next time I will try the 2 cups that the original recipe suggested.

Curried Beef a la Tim

This was excellent, but I did make a few minor changes. I used 1/2 can tomato sauce instead of the tomato paste. I had to simmer the dish for almost 2 hours to get the beef tender. As the dish would dry out, I kept adding water. I also used 2 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp turmeric and some carrots. Excellent! I will make this again.

Heavenly Halibut

My husband really enjoyed this dish. I just brushed the butter on the fish, then sprinkled the lemon juice and spices on top. I baked it in the oven for 20 minutes. Really good!

These are so good! The last time I made them, I did add an extra 1/2 cup of milk because previously the batter was so thick that the pancakes were doughy in the middle. Excellent recipe!

I also used instant mashed potatoes and covered the rolls with foil until the last 5 minutes of baking. These were excellent and easy. I also had to add 3/4 cup more flour because my dough was too wet. Thanks for a great recipe!!

I make this all the time. I really like marinating 4 tenderloins and then cooking one and freezing 3 for later use. Thanks for an easy, delicious recipe. I love the way the house smells as I'm cooking it!

Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze

I liked it, but my husband didn't (he didn't like the sugar). I baked them at 350F for 7 minutes a side and then broiled them for 1 minute a side and they were very nice and tender.
