Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I followed this recipe pretty closely except I had a smaller roast, I used Lipton's beefy onion soup mix, and I added a little bit of minced garlic. I started with a frozen roast, heated the water before I put it in the crock pot, and let it cook for 12 hours on low. At the end of the cooking time I broke the roast up into chunks and let it simmer in the gravy a bit longer. It was DELICIOUS!! Definitely the most tender, tasty pot roast I've ever had. This will become a family staple!
