Grilled Spicy Lamb Burgers
These are excellent!! I didn't have sherry or molasses and I added a minced clove of garlic, but otherwise went with the recipe as written. I had made some tzatziki sauce with some homegrown cucumbers which went wonderfully with them. I spread (with difficulty) some fat free feta on the pita rounds. I learned that fat free feta does not spread and does not melt and has no taste. :-) Best to use regular feta or skip it all together, IMHO. But anyway, five stars - excellent ground lamb preparation.

Corn Casserole I
Updated 11/25/04: Baked it in a 9x13 pan for 1 hour 45 minutes - knife still didn't come out clean, but after it sat for a bit the consistency was perfect. This is excellent and seemed to be the hit of our Thanksgiving dinner today.

Indian Tomato Chicken
This is quite possibly THE best thing I have ever eaten in my life. The depth of flavor is incredible. I used boneless skinless thighs and served this with jasmine rice and a baby carrot/baby pea medley. None of us could stop saying mm, mm, mm -- we were all reduced to babbling babies, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm. :-)
