Apple Walnut Cake
JUst made this cake with some apples that were on the mushy side, excellant cake... didn't change a thing.

Banana Banana Bread
this was easy and excellant. I did not have enough bananas but did have some overripe plantains, added them with blueberries, walnuts and coconut, it gave it a great carribean flavor.
