Pecan Tarts
Getting ready to make these for third year in a row, My family insists on having them for Thanksgiving and christmas so I make about 60 in regular muffin pans and freeze 1/2 for Christmas. We generly have about 8 deserts and this is one of the first to go. The frozen ones are just as the fresh

Zucchini Nut Cookies
We just love these. I used sweet creamery butter instead of shortening, substituted both sugars with splenda using a little more than called for as we like our cookies sweet, tweaked up the spices and added vanilla and 1/4 cup white chocolate chips and the flavor was phenominal.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
Didn't have unsalted butter so used sweet cream butter and no salt. This will be the recipe that I will use for peanut butter cookies from now on. My grandkids love them.
