Italian Fish Fillets
Wow. This is a great recipe and so very easy. Of course though, I had no Fat Free dressing in the house so I did use regular Kraft Zesty Italian but I'm pretty sure the Fat Free would taste very similar. I also added some fresh garlic (to give it more of an Italian bite) and I also chopped up some scallions as well. My husband is not a fish eater so unfortunately, he cannot back me up by saying how truly tasty this meal is. I used Tallapia and it is wonderful.

Aloha Chicken
Not bad. This was a first time attempt and it came out a little sweeter than originally anticipated. I reduced the cook time by half (which made for a juicy chicken) however the sauce was a little too sweet. Fairly easy recipe and very different. Served over jasmine rice, which I also topped with the extra pineapple-soy mixture from the baking pan which gave it a complete aloha flavor!
