Citrus Turkey Brine
I love brining. It is so good. I don't ever put in the garlic this recipe calls for as my husband hates garlic. I also double the lemons and don't include the orange. You may want to use Kosher or salt other than just table salt for a more potent flavor. Make sure to squeeze the lemon and put it into the cavity. We cook it in a bag just for more juice.

Bread Machine Rolls
I really love this recipe and so does everyone that ever eats it. I am still perfecting it as I am a new cook. I have trouble shaping them. Thanks to other cooks for the advice to spoon the flower in and also not to roll it out. I will try that. Overall though you can't really mess it up. When you eat it you just want to get it right so it will be even better.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
Wow. I was so intimidated by the photo I didn't know if I could pull it off. It was so easy though and turned out so well. I had made other desserts but this was all that was eaten until it was gone!
