Pork Chops with Pears
These were good. I wish the chops would have taken on more of the taste, but it was very subtle. I added a sprinkling of cinnamon on top of the pears and it looked and tasted very good!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
amazing...seriously the best pork tenderloin I've ever made. Prob try putting half the wine in next time and sub the rest with beef broth. Gravy was pretty salty.
