Cube Steak Parmesan
This was easy to make and tasted delicious. My only complaint was that the cracker breading got mushy when the sauce was added. If anyone has tips on how to keep it crunchy that would be great. Followed directions exactly. One note, where it said to grease the baking dish, I used softened butter to grease the pan.
