Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
yummy and easy! used 3lbs beef, added can diced tomatoes, extra beef broth, basil, oregano, parsnip, canned corn and chick peas. will definitely make it again!

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
Delish!!! Made it exactly as says (even 250F, which most didn't), used Best Brown sugar. Baked in greased foil roasters in 2 batches. YUM!!!

Banana Banana Bread
Good! Used wholewheat flour (w/ flax seeds and other grains), not overripe bananas, slightly more br sugar, and added choc chips. Doubled the recipe and baked in a 9X13 for about 30 min and also made 24 mini muffins.
