Cinnamon Apple Syrup
I have made this twice now - once exactly followed the recipe, which was fantastic, and second time I halved it and added nutmeg and walnuts. Also, I chopped the apples into smaller pieces to make it easier to pour over ice cream...so good!

Peanut Butter Noodles
This was so much better than I was expecting. I cooked ground chicken first and then added the ingredients into the chicken. I doubled the sauce due to using the chicken. It was fantastic!

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders
I make these all the time exactly as the recipe states and they are the perfect quick lunch! I love everything about them.
