Corn Fritters Canadian Style

This was great. My husband loved them. I added to the recipe some sugar, onions, garlic and garden seasoning. Will make again.

Banana Pancakes I

Great recipe. I added some melted butter to the milk and a dash of vanilla essence. Used all wheat flour. No Eggs; added some dried fruit. Will definitely make again. Delicious

Banana Banana Bread

This recipe is great. I used 3/4 cup margarine, 1/4 tsp salt, 1.1/2 cup white sugar, 3 eggs, 5 very ripe bananas, 2 cups white flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 2 tsp baking soda and also added some vanilla essence and ground cinnamon....oh so lovely.
