Rhubarb Peach Cobbler
Addictive! I used flavored yogurt because that was all I had and I think I would use it again next time. The bottom part was very liquidy so I'll try some tapioca flour or double the cornstarch. It was a little tough to serve but that didn't stop everyone from eating the whole thing!

Rhubarb Steak Sauce
Excellent sauce! It isn't even on the meat yet but boy is it yummy to taste test! I also added green peppers and a splash of worchester sauce. To make it a bit healthier I used equal amounts Ume plum vinegar, brown rice vinegar and white vinegar to make up the suggested 2 cups of vinegar. Will be making more to freeze-YUM!

Dorm Room Cheesy Tuna and Noodles
Great last minute meal! I used the cup noodles(2.25oz) and the regular size canned tuna(6oz) with 1 slice Montery Jack. The cup'o'noodles have the spices already in cup so I poured the cup of boiling water over it, let it sit for a minute then put the noodles on top of the cheese and tuna leaving out most of the water. It was great(I ate it all in 1 sitting) and I didn't miss any of the salt or flavorings from the broth!
