I really love to bake, so I am usually making cookies, sweet breads, or cakes. I also enjoy decorating cakes. I enjoy continuing the family traditons of making lefse and krumkakke. I love my cookware that can go from the stovetop to the oven. I was making Amish Yumazuti and browned up my ground beef on the stove using my largest skillet, mixed the rest of the ingredients in, and popped it in the oven to bake. Well, I pulled it out of the oven using an oven mit, then proceeded to grab the skillet handle bare handed to serve it up... Ouch!
