This is the 2nd time I've made this. I only baked it for 50 minutes and left it in the water bath for the 10 minute cooling time. Also, only had about 3/4 c. of corn to use and subbed whole milk for heavy cream. It actually turned out much better (and much less dry) than the 1st time I made it!
