Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
This was so easy and so tasty...my whole family loved it. The first night we served it over baked potatoes as suggested. The second day we used the chicken on sandwiches for lunch. Thanks for the great recipe!

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
So easy and healthy. Our family loves this with a touch of extra seasoning. We added some garlic, a few dashes of salt and pepper on the meat before marinating and Voila! Excellent dinner.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
I added sauteed red peppers, cilantro, black beans, and cut back on the corn...YUM!
