Zucchini Souffle

This was good, but next time I think I will try grating the zucchini. I did add cheese and that help to add extra flavor.

These were good, but I should have followed the other reviewer's advice (meant to, but forgot!) They definitely need more sugar! I did add a streusel topping, which helped and made them look very professional!

Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole

This is my favorite way to eat brocolli now! I get so many requests to make this, and I even can get my 2yr old to eat broccoli! I think it would be good to add cauliflower too!

I give this a 4 because my husband loved it(would give a 5)! I wasn't too impressed- Maybe I like a red enchilada sauce? It didn't seem to have much flavor, but I will see how it does the next day!

Great kid's dish! My 2 year old son helped me make them- It was fun for both of us and he ate 3 of them! I thought that they would be good if for adults if you added green chiles and served with a 7 layer taco dip and chips!

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing

The best blue cheese dressing ever! I used it to dip vegetables and buffalo wings- perfectly compliment each other. I also dipped chicken breast in it as a base for baked "fried" chicken! The chicken was sooooo moist!
